How This Structure Works
A header card is a flat printed card that attaches to a bag or blister to create a branded hang tab for peg-hook retail. Folded over the top of a bag and stapled or heat-sealed, it presents artwork and a hang hole above the product so items merchandise cleanly from a peg. The geometry is essentially a printed panel with a fold and a hole, so it adds retail-ready display to an otherwise plain pack. Assembly & Construction
The card scores along a center fold so it wraps over the top of a bag, with a punched hang hole and a staple or heat-seal zone holding it to the pack. There are no walls to erect, so application is folding the card over the bag mouth and fixing it in place. Staff attach the card during pack-out, so the plain bag gains a printed, hangable header in a single quick step.
