How This Structure Works
This mailer adds an integrated carry handle to the roll-end structure, so a shipped or hand-delivered box can also be carried like a gift. The handle formed from the top panels gives a lift point while the roll-end walls keep the protective, brandable qualities of a standard mailer. The geometry suits gift sets and orders handed over in person, where carrying the box adds to the experience. It ships flat and folds up without glue, then the handle raises for carrying. Assembly & Construction
The roll-end walls build thickness at the sides while the top panels form a handle that raises for carrying, with a front tuck and side wings locking the lid closed without tape. Assemblers fold the walls, load the box, close the lid, and raise the handle, so the mailer sets up by folding and gains a carry point in one blank. The handle and closure reopen cleanly for the customer.
