Why Corrugated Is the Workhorse of Packaging

Corrugated board is built from a fluted medium glued between one or more liners. That wavy flute is what gives corrugated its strength-to-weight advantage: it resists crushing and cushions contents without adding much mass. For anything that ships, corrugated is usually the starting point.

We engineer each corrugated box to your product rather than forcing your product into a stock size. Right-sizing the box reduces void fill, lowers dimensional weight, and protects contents better because there is less room to shift. Whether you need a shipping carton, a die-cut mailer, or a shelf-ready case, the dieline is built around what goes inside.
